Q- How did you begin playing the sport of basketball?
A- By watching my Dad and his friends in Queens, NY. At that point I wanted to do the same things they was doing and realized it would take some practice and focus.
Q- What is your biggest accomplishment in your sports?
A- Getting to the point of embracing the Process.
Q- What do you think is your keys to your success?
A- By believing in the 4 principles my Dad taught me... Manhood, Scholarship, Perseverance and Uplift
Q- What was the best advice you were ever given?
A- "You might be smarter. Your family may come from privilege. Your Parents may own a company but you will not out work me." - Eric Thomas

A- Colin Sexton, Isaiah Washington and Chris Lykes
Q- What is your favorite class in school?
A- Math, hands down.

A- Applesauce and pizza
Q- If you could meet one professional basketball player, who would it be?
A- Steph Curry and/ or Kyrie Irving
Ke'Mari "Key Smooth" Pointer is taking over the basketball world through hard-work and perseverance. KeySmooth is from the DMV area. He is the starting Point Guard for Kevin Durant's AAU team (Team Durant, West 5th Grade). At the age of 3 his Dad took him to Queens, NY where Key's Dad is from. His passion for basketball started to cultivate and grow at that point moving forward. KeySmooth believes heavily in The Process.
Due to Pointer's trust in The Process... He was invited to showcase his skill set at Junior Phenom Top 100, Junior Phenom New York, 5 Star Basketball, Bishop McNamara High School Elite Camp, Middle School Hot 100 and the Under Armour Invitational.
Pointer's drive on the Court also trickles over into the Classroom. He is in the 5th Grade and he never missed Honor Roll or the Principal's List. He loves Math and the concept of learning something new.
